Features and Options

The Pinnacle 36KPTS fifth wheel by Jayco offers triple slides and a rear living area.

As you enter the fifth wheel, to the left is a slide with a free-standing table and a hide-a-bed sofa with an ottoman. Along the rear wall you will enjoy two comfortable lounge chairs and an end table. The other slide has an entertainment center, refrigerator, microwave, three burner range, and pantry. There is a kitchen island with lots of counter space and a double kitchen sink. On one side of the kitchen there is an additional pantry which is quite large and a wardrobe.

At the top of the stairs, the bathroom is on the left. Inside the bathroom you will find a linen cabinet, toilet, corner shower, sink, and medicine cabinet. There is also a private entrance from the bathroom into the bedroom.

The bedroom has a king bed slide, walk-in closet, storage, washer and dryer prep, a chest of drawers and a TV above the chest.

There are plenty of overhead cabinets throughout the inside of the fifth wheel, as well as exterior storage. You can even choose an optional queen bed in place of the king bed.

Jayco, Inc. was founded in 1968 by a man of strong faith and vision. The late Lloyd J. Bontrager, family man and inventor, felt he could build the world a better RV. He longed to create a company of his own, one that clearly reflected his ideals: a company where everyone would be treated as "family".

With encouragement from his wife Bertha, Lloyd started Jayco on their farm--in two chicken houses and a barn! He developed his own prototype camping trailer and a unique lifter system for fold-down campers, the basic design of which is patented and still in use today. By the end of 1968, his fledging company of 15 employees had sold 132 fold-down camping trailers.

Today, Jayco's "family" of employees has grown to nearly 1,500 people, while more than 25,000 people join our "extended family" of customers each year.
